TCP Catering is a family owned and operated business with locations in Marlin and Watauga. Our first restaurant was opened in 1979 and still thrives in Marlin. We started our catering business in 1988, and now cater over 1400 events each year, large and small. While we specialize in weddings, we also cater church dinners, school functions, banquets and corporate events. We offer both full-service and limited-service catering, usually buffet style, to groups ranging from 25 to 1000 or more. Choose from three plate ware packages including basic disposables, upgraded disposables, or china depending on your budget, the occasion, and the level of formality your event requires.
Our wide variety of menus range from items appropriate for breakfast catering to light lunch menus featuring sandwiches and salads to full lunch and dinner menus with favorites like Marinated Roast Beef, Rosemary Encrusted Pork Loin, Grilled Boneless Chicken Breasts and Chicken Cordon Bleu, all at reasonable prices. The “Premium Selections” section of our Lunch & Dinner Menu features Prime Rib, Ribeye Steaks, Beef Wellington and Filet Mignon. Entrées are paired with three side items and a salad of your choice, as well as dinner rolls and iced tea. We will prepare the menus as designed or we can assist you with planning for your particular favorites.
If your event requires hors d’oeuvres, please check out our Hors D’oeuvres menu. We offer great choices such as our Chicken White Wings, Confetti Tarts, Ham and Cheese Puffs and Chocolate Rum Tarts at very competitive prices.
Choose a dessert from our dessert menu. We offer home-made yet inexpensive dessert choices suitable for any occasion. Sweet and Unsweet Tea, as well as a variety of punches and beverage options round out our menu selections to enable us to tailor your menu to the specific requirements of your special event.At TCP Catering, we take great satisfaction in the fact that our catering business has grown over the years primarily because of referrals from our customers.
